shaker 500 issues
i own a 2007 stang with a shaker 500 that messed up when the battery died. Reading what I can, even ford knows about this through TSB. This is no small problem, yet ford says to bad. Do I have the story right or did ford step up to the plate. If not, this should be taken to court. Class action law suits tend to get companies attention. What's the best answer? I jumped from chevy to ford for the mustang, but that camaro is looking right good right now!

still working this out. just talked with one ford dealership, who just replaced a shaker 500 in a 2008 with the same issues. not done with this project yet, i will keep everybody posted, even if i hit a brick wall. I would strongly suggest shutting the radio off before shutting the car down. Also, good deep cell battery and trickle charger for those of us that have store our cars to avoid snow and salt, or long periods of non-use.
